Communication from NAC was good and I like the flat one-off fee which gives piece of mind that the job will get fixed regardless of how long it takes. Knowing what it will cost upfront is fantastic. The Engineer kept me informed as to when he was coming. The repair was done efficiently and I was quoted up front for the call out which included the repair. I was told also that any parts would be extra.

Needed a repair on my integrated oven that kept cutting out. Looked at reviews online and decided to call. Managed to secure a same day appointment which was fantastic. The gentleman that came was fabulous explaining fully what was wrong and full cost . They didn’t have the part at the time but visited again a couple of days later and kept me updated at all times. Now probably going to take the cover because would trust them with any further repairs I might need .
